Dedicated to someone special

Just wanna let you how much you mean to me, that you were the only person who believes in me. You've changed me in the time we've known each other. And it's obvious that God put us on this road together because we were meant to be, you've helped me, never doubted my abilities and the best of it all, you showed me how it feels to be happy & loved. And lastly, you're the only person who found me.

And what does the future hold for us? Only time will tell.
